Can I drive the motorhome with driving license B?

The answer is YES, our motorhomes can be driven with driving license B, the car license.

What requirements do I need to rent a motorhome?

You need to have, apart from the driving license B, a minimum age of 26  years and two years of driving license experience.

I have never traveled in a motorhome, will I know how to cope?

Yes of course. Before the delivery of the AC we make a detailed explanation of the operation of all the elements of the vehicle. In addition, you have at your disposal an instruction book.

What measures does the motorhome have?

Depending on each model, the measurements may vary. The length ranges from 6.30 to 7.5 meters and the height from 3 to 3.30 meters. The width is generally 2.20 meters.

What is the recommended speed for a motorhome?

Speeds in Spain are 100 km / h on motorways and motorways. While the limits in France and Germany is 110km / h.

What fuel does the motorhome use?

All our motorhomes run on diesel.  The use of biodiesel is prohibited.

Where can i empty  chemical liquids from the toilet and gray water from the dirty water tank?

Is the motorhome insured? 

All our motorhomes have full insurance with a € 600 excess. In case of causing own damage and that the repair is less than € 600. Said repairs will be deducted from the deposit deposited.

The content of the motorhome (personal belongings, cash, documentation etc ...) is not covered in the policy. However, for the insurance to take care of the damage caused to the vehicle itself, it is mandatory to formalize the corresponding complaint at the police station closest to the event. Failure to file a complaint means that the insurance does not take charge of the damages caused

In order to avoid misunderstandings and disappointments, the traveler is advised to check the motorhome thoroughly and request that all possible damages be noted on the departure sheet.

What happens if I can't make the booked trip and cancel the reservation?

In case you cannot make the booked trip. The following penalties will be applied to the cost of the reservation. or on the total rent, depending on what has been paid.

-If the cancellation is communicated before 30 days of the start of the rental   fifty%
-If it is communicated between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental        80%
-If you communicate with less than 16 days until the start of the rental     100%

What happens if I have an accident with the vehicle?

In the event of any type of fortuitous accident that prevents the continuation of your trip, the contract is automatically terminated, so there is no right to any type of refund of the amount paid or of the remaining days of the rental.

What happens if I want to stay more rental days or I am late in returning the motorhome?

If the client wants to extend the lease of the vehicle over the established dates, he must notify it by phone 3 days before the end of the contract. The eventual confirmation of the extension will be subject to the availabilities that the company has at that time, therefore the latter does not assume any prior commitment. Unauthorized delays in the return will be penalized with a fee of 25 euros for each hour that passes

When will the deposit amount be reimbursed and what is the system like?

Is the motorhome fully autonomous?

Can I rent a motorhome in winter?

Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with heating, both in the cabin and in the passenger compartment. If you need snow chains, the service is optional.

Can I bring bikes?

No, we do not have external bike racks and our warehouses are not equipped to carry this type of vehicle as it could cause damage to the interior.

What is the capacity of the water tanks?

Depending on each vehicle and the number of seats, they range between 110 and 120 liters.

When is the motorhome removed where I leave my vehicle?

You can leave your vehicle in our parking lot when you pick up the motorhome, and for the rental period.

What things should I pay special attention to when driving a motorhome?

Mainly at height, paying special attention to bridges, balconies, height limiters at gas stations, parking lots, tolls, etc. I must also be especially careful with the branches of the trees.

Is the motorhome delivered clean?

Yes, the motorhomes are delivered clean and disinfected with OZONE.

What insurance is included in the vehicle rental?

The insurance included in the rental is Civil Liability (CR) against third parties and all risks with a € 600 franchise.

In the event of a mechanical breakdown, what should I do?

In the event that the vehicle suffers a mechanical breakdown, you must notify the insurance company so that the crane can move the vehicle to the nearest workshop. And get in touch with us as soon as possible
